Swisscom Games Portal Management
Swisscom wanted to replace its existing Mobile Games Platform with a state-of-the-art platform incorporating advanced layout and community features. The main objective of the switch of responsibility for the category management to net mobile was to increase the revenues, with a secondary objective to reduce the total cost-of-ownership for Swisscom.
Solution: net mobile designed the portal incorporating Swisscoms branding requirements, whilst introducing a much more graphically advanced user interface using innovative icons and community features.
We increased the quality and breadth of content on offer by licensing games from the world?s top mobile games publishers, and offered improved commercials through our superior purchasing power from running multiple games portals.
The improved usability and click-flows led to a significant revenue acceleration from the first week and has allowed Swisscom to expand its market share in Mobile Games.
We increased site stickiness by introducing community features such as rating of games and recommendation functions which have increased repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
The site is constantly updated, we manage a rolling 12 month promotional roadmap that includes sponsored competitions and promotions where Games Publishers provide us with prizes and merchandise to help promote new games and tie in with movie launches or major sporting events.
