Justin is our Managing Director. He has 18 years of experience in some of
the world's largest media companies.

Having started in Print advertising sales with News Corp/Sunday Times,
managed advertising and sponsorship in Radio with ITN/LBC, and from 1999,
new media in Film and Television with Time Warner/Warner Bros. Film and Television (setting up an internal mobile group in 2003) and recently at Playboy Enterprises where he headed, as SVP Digital, the International Digital group ( Mobile, Online and VOD) worldwide, outside the US.

Justin has worked with Minick as a partner since, 2005, first as a mobile marketing partner for Warner Bros. and later (2007) as the mobile outsource partner for Playboy Enterprises Inc.

Having watched net-m execute superbly since their acquisition of Minick in 2008 and more than double Playboy's mobile revenues Justin jumped at the opportunity to head the expanding UK operation.

Jonathan is our Senior Account Manager; he has worked in mobile for the past 5 years, currently managing mobile marketing campaigns for a number of top agencies and tier one clients in both Europe and the US. Prior to mobile he spent 7 years working in Direct Marketing in both client and agency side roles, these included the Daily Telegraph, TMW and DataForce.

Outside the office he can often be found either out running or on a golf course, although not normally at the same time.

Jo is our Account Manager responsible for net-m's portfolio of Media clients. She has worked in the mobile sector for the past 5 years and has built close operational relationships with many TV and commercial radio clients.  Jo's strength lies in understanding and delivering clients operational requirements whilst remaining focused on increasing revenue streams - thereby combining back-end project management with a front-end commercial understanding.

Stephen is our Senior Technical Project Manager. He leads the London tech team developing mobile internet and messaging solutions. He worked for several years in new media companies in Cape Town before joining us in London.

Stephen is the office Android fanboy and currently rocks an HTC Magic, but he desperately wants the Nexus One. He was previously the office Wii Tennis champ, but is now bottom of the office table football league.
